Not always. Account customers can arrange for collections to occur without someone on site, as we can invoice you following completion of the job or monthly.
For other customers, provided that we can access the junk, we will call you with a exact quote, you will need to deposit the money into our account before we start to re-cycle your junk.
We are in the process of getting remote credit card machines. Once we have those we will be able to process your credit card details on site.
